Premium, extra chunky, gluten-free triple-cooked chips, deep-fried in vegetable oil until golden and crispy. As well as salt, vinegar, Heinz ketchup, Hellman's Mayonnaise, HP and tartare sauces, we often offer homemade mayonnaise, and spicy salsa.

Purple tailladées, cracked green, small coquillos, picholines of Provence and black salt-cured, marinated in a light sea salt brine, seasoned with thyme and aged red wine vinegar.

A grilled mozzarella, tomato and basil sandwich

Home-made bread, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Malden sea salt

A flour tortilla filled with melted mozzarella, mature cheddar, and home-made salsa. Served with guacamole.

2 deep-fried soft-boiled eggs, served with mango chutney

Home-made Irish soda bread with Cashel Blue cheese from Tipperary.

Made entirely from scratch using a variety of fresh vegetables - exact recipe varies.

A quirky, vegetarian twist on the Alpine classic. Layers of chunky, triple-cooked chips and creamy mushrooms and onions, topped with Reblochon cheese

Please note that many of our dishes are made from scratch and take time. We only use a microwave to soften butter, and the only things in the freezer are ice cream, chips, pastry and a bottle of Winter's Gold whisky
